To order Family Medallion® resources call 1.800.237.1922. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted with immediate shipment available. When calling, please have available your credit card number, expiration date and the product numbers for your order. Our office hours are 8:30AM to 5:00PM (CST), Monday-Friday. If you call after hours, leave a message and phone number. We will call you back. Orders may also be faxed 24/7 to 1.816.753.3880.

Shipping Costs
If your order is under $25.00, please add $5.00 for shipping and handling costs. If your order total is between $25.01 and $99.99, shipping and handling is $8.50. For orders over $100.00, shipping and handling is $11.00. Items are shipped first class mail or USPS depending upon the size of your order.

Special Shipping
 Two or three day shipping is an additional $15.00 above regular shipping costs.

(Continental US only.) Due to weight restrictions, we cannot ship family unity candles 2-day. Two-day orders must be received by 2:00 PM central time for same day shipment.
