Orders are shipped by first class US mail or DHL ground, depending on order amount and urgency. For regular shipping, allow 10 days for delivery.

The following applies to shipping in the US only.
• Orders under $24.99. Add $2.50 for shipping and handling.
• Orders $25.00 to $99.99. Add $7.50.
• Orders over $100.00. Add $10.00.  

Orders can be sent two-day express for $15.00. (Continental US Only). Please note that the "Our Family" Unity Candle set cannot be shipped overnight or two-day.

Call for shipping costs outside the U.S

Because we are committed to creating lasting family relationships, we want our products to have the same endurance. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days for exchange or refund, less shipping costs. Also, if you experience any defects in workmanship during the first year of purchase, we will replace the item without charge. Certificates or other literature items are not returnable.
