You may order by calling 1.800.237.1922 (8:30 am-5:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday) or by completing the order form on this website.  All major credit cards are accepted.

Orders are shipped by first class US mail or DHL ground, depending on order amount and urgency. For regular shipping, allow 10 days for delivery.

The following applies to shipping in the US only.
• Orders under $24.99. Add $2.50 for shipping and handling.
• Orders $25.00 to $99.99. Add $7.50.
• Orders over $100.00. Add $10.00.  

Orders can be sent two-day express for an additional $15.00. (Continental US Only). Please note that the "Our Family" Unity Candle set cannot be shipped two-day.

International orders (weighing up to 1 pound) will be shipped via United States Postal Service for $20.00, in most cases.  

Because we are committed to creating lasting family relationships, we want our products to have the same endurance. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days, or prior to your wedding date,  for exchange or refund, less shipping costs. Also, if you experience any defects in workmanship during the first year of purchase, we will replace the item without charge. Certificates or other literature items are not returnable.
